XIV – Temperence.  An Angel performs a mystical rite to restore spiritual harmony, pouring water from one cup to another.  These are the waters of life, which flow from a common source to all parts of the universe.  With one foot in the water & one on land, the Angel symbolises the integration of body & spirit.
